We at Nonscents want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.  All orders are calculated in real-time by your chosen carrier. Some express Global shipping options will include a $5.00 handling fee.

Priority (shipped via USPS, 2 - 3 business days average anywhere in the USA)
Expedited (shipped via Express Mail, 1 - 2 days anywhere in the USA)
Guaranteed Overnight (shipped via UPS Next Day)
Overnight Saturday Delivery (Next Day - shipped via UPS)

 

International Shipping & Handling

 

Canada
Normal (Canada, 7 - 10 business days)
Canada Expedited (FedEx 2 - 4 business days)
Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 2 to 4 business days from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Most orders do clear quickly and are delivered within the UPS estimated time.
For all Canadian shipments, Nonscents will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Nonscents will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Nonscents will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
All Other Countries
International (shipped via regular mail, 10 - 14 business days anywhere in the world)
International Expedited (FedEx 3 - 5 business days)
Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Nonscents will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Nonscents will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Nonscents will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Nonscents will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

 

Also Note:

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1 - 2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.
 
We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Contact us Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time; Friday 9AM to 4PM Pacific Standard Time.

Refund Policy

We will refund the amount you paid for the product(s) for up to 60 days from date of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

On-line orders can be paid by credit card only.

Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
